If a parcel is returned to Sterling Peptides Ltd due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or the customer’s failure to collect the shipment, the customer may be required to pay a reshipping fee to cover additional courier and handling costs.

The standard reshipping fee is typically £10, depending on the destination and courier charges.
